Through close collaboration with TPAs and Benefit Administrators, Health-E Commerce strives to maximize the value and understanding of these financial health benefits for consumers.
About the Role:
To further tap into this substantial opportunity, Health-E Commerce is seeking to hire a Business Development Representative (BDR). The primary responsibility of the BDR is to build an outbound pipeline, generate qualified meetings, and accelerate the acquisition of new partners. This role is essential to the company’s strategy for TPA partner growth, focusing on consistent top-of-funnel activity and allowing the Account Executive (AE) to concentrate on presenting, negotiating, and closing new contracts.
Specific responsibilities:
Prospecting & Research
- Identify, research, and verify contacts across approximately 300 TPA prospects.
- Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Determine decision-makers in Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, and Executive roles.
Outbound Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct personalized outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Customize outreach messaging to address each TPA’s specific needs and competitive context.
- Record outreach activities and engagement details in the CRM system.
- Consistently generate at least five qualified meetings per week for the AE.
Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify prospects by assessing interest, fit, and readiness.
- Maintain a meeting show rate of at least 80% through structured follow-up.
- Schedule discovery and presentation meetings, providing detailed handoff notes to the AE.
Performance & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the AE to improve targeting, messaging, and outreach cadence strategies.
- Participate in weekly pipeline and performance reviews.
- Track and optimize conversion rates throughout all stages of outreach.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in outreach scripts, templates, and workflows.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound lead generation role.
- Proven record of generating qualified B2B meetings.
- Strong research skills and experience in contact identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to personalize outreach at scale and manage high-volume activity.
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level contacts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration, healthtech, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with TPAs or the consumer-directed benefits ecosystem.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar sales enablement tools.
- Understanding of outbound funnel metrics and pipeline development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Five qualified AE meetings per week (20 per month; 60 per quarter).
- Outreach-to-meeting conversion rate of 10–12%.
- Meeting show rate of 80% or higher.
- CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
- Weekly outreach goals: 200+ emails, 40–50 calls, and 25+ LinkedIn touches.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Digital Health Marketplace Services team. This role will serve as a core analytics partner to leadership, responsible for building visibility into customer journeys, partner performance, and operational outcomes across new services and marketplace offerings.
You will deliver analysis and insights that directly inform prioritization, optimization, and business decision-making. The focus of this role is not just reporting, but helping the team understand what is happening, why it is happening, and where to intervene. You will measure funnel performance, identify friction points, and support iterative improvement across acquisition, conversion, fulfillment, and ongoing engagement.
While this role requires strong analytical depth, familiarity with DTC/ecommerce and regulated environments is important, as many decisions sit at the intersection of consumer behavior, operational constraints, and compliance considerations.
Specific responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary knowledge base for marketplace, funnel, and operational data across web analytics, channel platforms, and first-party data systems.
- Develop, build, and automate dashboards and reporting that provide clear insights and recommendations related to conversion, throughput, engagement, and performance.
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across acquisition, checkout, intake, fulfillment, and follow-up flows.
- Support experimentation and testing efforts by defining success metrics, analyzing results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement tracking requirements, including event taxonomy, tagging, and instrumentation.
- Execute ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions, including funnel performance, retention and CRM behavior, partner SLAs, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare performance readouts, case studies, and post-launch analyses.
- Support KPI definition, forecasting inputs, and performance monitoring to inform business targets and operating decisions.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles supporting digital products or ecommerce businesses.
- SQL proficiency required; comfort working with large, imperfect datasets
- Strong experience with web and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Fabric, Looker/Data Studio, Heap, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of cloud data architecture and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.
- Experience working with Data Engineering teams to set analytics requirements and data structure needs to handoff work from data ingestion to analysis
- Solid understanding of funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and performance measurement across digital journeys
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

About the Role:
We're seeking a SFCC Backend Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing new and exciting features, while also maintaining and enhancing the existing implementations on our ecommerce websites. They will collaborate with various internal and external teams to enhance the overall efficiency and optimization of the overall infrastructure.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance with platform requirements, make updates as necessary
- Work with external development agency, third parties and other cross-functional teams to design, develop and support end-to-end eCommerce capabilities in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Individuals in this role will spend the majority of their time fully hands-on with development and making architectural decisions.
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot website integration feeds, including products, inventory, price books, OMS, google and product reviews.
- Provide monitoring and reporting on website performance (downtime, speed), recommend and implement improvements
- Remain current on the latest development innovations on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
- Manage site domains and code repositories
- Identify project risks and work effectively to mitigate them

- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop product strategy for telehealth-connected offerings and workflows
- Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience
- Telehealth and Subscription Program Development
- Design and manage the telehealth user journey including scheduling, intake, provider review, and follow-up
- Partner with engineering to integrate with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, or third-party API’s
- Collaborate with Marketing & CX to ensure clear customer workflows and messaging
- Define features such as appointment flow, documentation delivery, payment logic, and customer notifications
- Build and manage the end-to-end Experience (Customer < Provider < document issuance < storage & retrieval)
- Ensure HIPPA, PHI, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal & Compliance
- Work with providers and/or telehealth partners to establish review processes

What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 4-7+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on work in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environment
- Been part of a 0-1 Product build and has experience around subscription Product required
- Experience building or integrating telehealth or digital intake workflows required
- Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices
- Experience working with engineering on API integrations and platform builds
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science or a related field
Familiarity with SFCC, SFDC, and SQL
- Impeccable organization and time management skills
