About the Role:
We're looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments as we complete a major cloud migration and move into steady-state operations.
This is a high-autonomy role in a small, agile IT team. You'll be the internal subject matter expert for our cloud platform — managing identity, messaging, endpoints, and infrastructure — while driving cost optimization and automation across the organization. You'll mentor teammates, lead Salesforce production deployments, and set the technical direction for how we manage and scale our Microsoft ecosystem.

What you'll own
Cloud platform & identity
- Own Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and M365 tenant policy, including licensing, mailbox management, and group provisioning.
- Administer Entra ID and Active Directory: Conditional Access, user lifecycle, domain controller decommissioning, M365 group management, and Azure RBAC across subscriptions.
- Manage resources across multiple Azure subscriptions (governance, networking, security, capacity). Administer Azure Files with a view toward eventual SharePoint migration.
Automation & workflows
- Build and maintain PowerShell and Python automation via Microsoft Graph API to reduce manual toil across M365, Entra ID, and Azure.
- Own the reliability and evolution of Power Automate flows supporting business operations, including the employee onboarding workflow.
Operations
- Execute production Salesforce deployments as the IT Operations rep. Per separation of duties, IT ops runs the deployment; engineering handles the code.
- Administer Mac endpoints via JAMF and Windows devices via Intune. Maintain policy compliance, software deployment, and consistent end-user experience.
- Own Azure cost management, M365 license rightsizing, and the ongoing reduction of Google Workspace licensing as users migrate to free-tier accounts.
- Support GWS administration during wind-down, including Chrome Browser Cloud Management for the organization's Chrome fleet.
- Rotating on-call (~1 week per 5–6 weeks). Escalation point for complex issues spanning identity, infrastructure, networking, and endpoints.
Team & operations
- Maintain runbooks and technical documentation that enable team scalability and preserve institutional knowledge.
- Guide IT team members on cloud platforms, automation, and operational practices. Not a people-management role.
- Own IT vendor and SaaS provider relationships, including contract oversight, renewals, and escalations.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 5–7+ years in IT or infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud (Azure, M365, and related services)

About the Role:
Health-E Commerce is seeking a Data Engineer to drive the evolution of our modern data platform. As a key member of our centralized Data & Analytics team, you will oversee the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Lead of Data Engineering, you will have a direct impact on day 1 for all of our major data pipelines supporting a broad array of use cases. You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure our data systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
Specific responsibilities:
- Build and scale our data engineering stack, including ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation workflows, and compute infrastructure across cloud platforms.

This role owns the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand differentiation, and expand engagement across direct-to-consumer and B2B2C channels.
This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities

This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of simultaneous customer projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to agreed standard and budget.
You’ll work across all functions while reporting to the CTO. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond each day and has a pioneering, can-do attitude to help the business reach new heights. You’ll need to have a problem-solving mindset and not be afraid to ask questions and learn as you go.
Project Management:
- Work cross-functionally to lead high-impact projects and initiatives forward as the key person driving them to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. These will include initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and other departments as required.
- Provide strategic support on a range of complex projects, advising, consulting, and supporting the Leadership Team and key internal and external business partners on strategic priorities.

Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize internal processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Act as advisor and offer insights and analysis to assist in decision making. This includes researching and evaluating potential opportunities or challenges followed by recommendations.
- Provide structure support across multiple functional areas to the delivery process and execution of confidential operational tasks, special projects, and complex issues.

Strategy Alignment and Support
- Lead the strategic planning process to create operational cadence and an organizational drumbeat for Global Stanley teams.
- Work with both internal and external partners to find opportunities to improve and streamline existing business processes, decision making, meeting effectiveness and communications.
- Determine the resources (time, support, interdependencies, etc.) required to complete the project.
About You:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within an ecommerce and/or software or service industries.
- A recognized project management qualification is preferred.
- Must have previously built out a PMO and implemented processes and procedures for best in class project management
- Track record of working with internal and external project team members and communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter; someone with initiative and the ability to champion a project from conception through implementation.

About the Role:
We are looking for a full-stack Senior UX Designer to help shape customer experiences across our digital health and ecommerce platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of User and Experience Design, this role is pivotal in how our customers discover, engage with, and trust our digital products.
You will own the work end to end: UX research, UX design, design systems, and UI. You will move between user interviews, flows, component specs, and polished production screens, sometimes in the same week. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who loves the craft and the pace.
We move fast. Priorities shift. Context switching is part of the job. We need someone with a scrappy mindset, strong judgment, and the maturity to know when to push for perfection and when to ship, learn, and iterate.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Design Execution: Lead the full design process, from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
- Customer Experience Design: Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS, MarTech, and operational platforms. Create intuitive, consistent, scalable interfaces that support seamless workflows and cohesive brand experiences.
- UX Research & Testing: Plan and run user research, including interviews and usability testing. Turn customer pain points and behaviors into actionable insights and design decisions.
- Design Systems & Components: Build and extend our design system. Contribute components, patterns, and tokens that scale cleanly between design and development.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Partner with stakeholders to validate designs through structured UAT, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the customer without slowing the team down.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity across digital platforms while driving thoughtful innovation in visual identity.
- Agile Development Support: Plug into Agile/Scrum workflows, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver iterative improvements sprint over sprint.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio and case studies showing end-to-end work.
- Ecommerce experience is a must.
- Proven judgment on when to aim for perfect versus good enough to ship and learn.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, journey mapping, conversion optimization, and responsive design.
- Strong command of Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and tokens.
- Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system in production.
- Hands-on experience designing within CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, Builder.io, Fastr, or similar) and MarTech systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data-informed design decisions.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.
- Digital health services or telehealth experience.
- Hands on experience with CSS, Sass, or CSS Variables.
- Familiarity with design tokenization for seamless integration between design and development.
- Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation tooling.
