About the role:

We are seeking an Application Security Analyst to build security into how we ship software, and to help our small but growing Information Security team with day-to-day work. This is a hands-on role. You will secure code, fix pipelines, manage security tools and requests and also help us stay ready for audits like PCI, HIPAA, and HITRUST.

You will work closely with engineering teams to embed security into development pipelines, implement testing and runtime protections, and ensure that AI/ML components are resilient against emerging threats.

This is a great fit for someone who likes both building and securing things, and who doesn't mind wearing more than one hat on a small team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform application security assessments using SCA, SAST, Secrets management, and interactive testing tools
  • Identify, triage, and prioritize vulnerabilities
  • Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
  • Assess security risks in AI/ML-enabled applications, including model exposure and inference endpoints
  • Secure AI APIs, plugins, and third-party integrations
  • Tune security controls across technologies such as WAF, EDR, MDM, and cloud
  • Conduct threat modeling and secure design reviews for applications and AI use cases
  • Assess and harden identity and access flows ensuring least privilege
  • Automate repetitive security tasks so the team can focus on higher-value work
  • Partner with developers to remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure coding practices

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML systems
  • Cloud security experience
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
  • Good communication skills — you'll work with engineers, and sometimes explain things to non-technical people
  • A security mindset: you think about how things can break, not just how to make them work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ML frameworks is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI threat models
  • Experience with WAF or API security solutions
  • Strong coding skills in at least one language (Python, Bash, or similar)

  • Use call recordings, win/loss analysis, and field feedback to continuously refine process and coaching.

Insights, Analytics, and Optimization

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting that show training and certification completion, content engagement and effectiveness, and pre/post-program performance trends.
  • Conduct regular field listening (roundtables, interviews, surveys) to understand where sales and partner teams are winning, losing, or getting blocked, and feed insights into the enablement roadmap.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale full-funnel growth strategy across Patiently, our new telehealth brand helping people access FSA-eligible weight loss and wellness care. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll be hands-on in the channels, close to the data, and directly tied to revenue outcomes.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Growth and will work directly with our Chief Digital Health Officer.

You'll lead paid media execution while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business owners to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. As an early and critical hire on the Patiently team, you'll have real ownership over how we grow this business from the ground up.

Specific responsibilities

  • Serve as the first growth hire on the Patiently telehealth team — setting the foundation for how we acquire, convert, and retain customers across a brand being built in real time
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Meta and Google, & emerging channels, from campaign architecture through daily optimization
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across the full funnel, from ad click to purchase — including landing page creation, A/B testing, and CMS-based builds when needed
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks across all paid channels, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Lead the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, test design, result interpretation, and scaling what works
  • Develop growth marketing plans that ladder up to revenue objectives and broader organizational goals, with the flexibility to shift focus across paid, organic, lifecycle, or other growth levers depending on where the biggest opportunity is
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics, channel efficiency, and incrementality to inform budget and strategy decisions

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth
  • Deep hands-on expertise across two or more channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
  • Fluency in performance marketing fundamentals — LTV:CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics — and the ability to apply them in day-to-day execution
  • Comfort with ambiguity, whether that's shifting business objectives, new product launches, or evolving KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and Excel, and the ability to translate data into decisions rather than just reports
  • Experience with CRO, landing page development, or CMS platforms is a plus — we want someone who can build, not just brief
  • Clear communicator who can present complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders without losing the "so what"
  • Self-directed and highly organized, with a track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, remote environments

  • Work with the Data team on everything from regular reports and dashboards to developing and creating customer churn models for a data-first approach to retention
  • Partner with the Growth team to support customer acquisition, onboarding, and activation strategies that maximize customer acquisition cost along with downstream retention.
  • Work with Brand to ensure lifecycle communications reflect a cohesive content strategy and consistent brand voice
  • Work with the Finance teams to project overall business impact of new retention strategies

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Retention, CRM, Loyalty, or other related functions.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of CRM platforms such as Bloomreach, Klayvio, Iterable, or similar tools.

This role sits within the B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement function and reports to the Director of B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement.

Key responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Asset Development

  • Own the end-to-end creation of B2B sales collateral across the full partner engagement lifecycle, including pitch decks, one pagers, FAQs, email touchpoints and webinars as needed.
  • Translate complex product, category, and marketing initiatives into clear, compelling assets that account managers can pick up and use immediately.
  • Maintain a library of current, role-ready materials organized by audience, product, and sales stage -ensuring nothing in circulation is outdated or off-brand.

  • Develop and maintain webinar frameworks and presentation content for partner education and seasonal campaign support.

Competitive Intelligence & Battle Cards

  • Own the development and ongoing maintenance of competitive analysis and battle cards across Health-E Commerce's B2B portfolio (FSA Store®, HSA Store®, Caring Mill, Patiently, and new offerings).
  • Monitor the competitive landscape - tracking how key competitors position, price, and message their offerings — and translate findings into actionable sales tools.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to keep competitive content current as the market evolves.
  • Equip account managers with clear, confident responses to competitive objections and differentiation narratives they can use in live conversations.

Sales Playbooks & Go-to-Market Readiness

  • Build and maintain vertical and segment-specific playbooks for key B2B audiences including TPAs, benefits administrators, employers, brokers, and banks.
  • Develop discovery guides, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and ROI/value calculators that support account managers across the sales cycle.
  • Partner with Marketing and sales leadership to translate new product launches, category expansions, and partnership announcements into field-ready enablement materials - ensuring account managers are equipped before go-to-market, not after.
  • Create and maintain account manager-facing quick-reference tools - checklists, one-sheets, and job aids - that support consistent execution in the field.
  • Own the creation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials for the B2B sales and account management team, including performance summaries, partner-facing presentations, and supporting data narratives.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to brief in B2B asset needs, align on messaging, and ensure sales collateral reflects the latest integrated marketing priorities.
  • Partner with Product and Category Management to translate new offerings and updates into sales-ready narratives and materials.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between what Marketing is building and what account managers actually need in the field - surfacing gaps, flagging misalignments, and driving resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Director of B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement to prioritize the asset roadmap based on sales team needs, pipeline stage, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a clear communication cadence that keeps account managers informed of every B2B2C marketing moment going to market - ensuring the sales team knows what is launching, when, and how to talk about it with partners before it goes live.
  • Create go-to-market launch communications for account managers whenever a new campaign, product, category, or promotional moment is activated - translating marketing activity into field-ready context and talking points.

Content Governance & Optimization

  • Establish and maintain a clear system for content organization, versioning, and accessibility so account managers can always find what they need quickly.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from account managers on what is working, what is missing, and what needs to be updated - and use that input to continuously improve the asset library.
  • Track content utilization and field adoption, using data to prioritize what gets built, refreshed, or retired.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B content strategy, go-to-market, or a closely related field, with a focus on creating field-ready sales assets for commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality B2B sales collateral including pitch decks, one pagers, battle cards, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to translate complex products and value propositions into clear, compelling content for a sales audience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and align on go-to-market materials.
  • Experience building and delivering QBR materials and executive-facing presentations for a B2B sales or account management team.
  • Experience in healthcare, health benefits, digital health, or related domains (e.g., FSAs/HSAs, benefits administration, employer benefits) preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills — able to write crisply for an external B2B audience as well as for internal sales use.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing a content library or asset governance process.
  • Data-driven approach to content prioritization and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with common sales
