Who We Are
Founded by Jeremy Miller — 2018 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist — Health-E Commerce is a consumer health and wellness advocate and online retailer headquartered in New York, NY. Since 2010, we have launched direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands aimed at simplifying the U.S. tax-free health care market and helping everyday Americans and companies benefit better from workplace benefits, wellness and health spending programs. Our portfolio consists of four brands — FSA Store, HSA Store, WellDeserved Health and Caring Mill.
What We Do
Health-E Commerce plays an essential role in consumer advocacy in the tax-free health space through both advocating for eligibility of important new categories within the IRS-approved list medical expenses and leading a committee of industry experts to promote the important national conversation around product safety and authenticity.
We believe in treating all employees with respect on a personal and professional level, which is why we embrace a flat management structure that encourages the spirit of creativity and collaboration without the pressure of an established worker hierarchy. Our employees come from all ages and professional backgrounds, and over time we hope that they feel part of an extended family working toward shared goals, both by utilizing their core abilities and helping them grow their professional skill sets in the process.
On an annual basis, we conduct culture reviews with each of our employees to better understand their career goals, work though any issues they may have in their position and provide an open forum for employees to share their vision for our company moving forward. Our employees are the drivers of growth and development in everything we do, so knowing that they have a stake in crafting the company's overall culture and practices is pivotal in building a cohesive team.
Events and Fun
Team-building is a cornerstone of the FSAstore.com culture, and we believe that fostering personal relationships between co-workers will lead to a stronger, more motivated team overall. A Tradition of Service
We believe that our success is tied to our positive relationship with the New York City community that calls us home. In the past, we have worked with New York Rescue Mission, Relay For Life in NJ, and many other organizations that offer help to the underprivileged in our area. If an employee has a personal connection to a charity or cause, we will put our best foot forward to support it!

Health-E Commerce provides an exciting new marketing channel where qualified vendors can enjoy the implied validation that products and services enjoy when they are introduced to consumers through their employers or benefit administrators, rather than through unregulated advertising channels.
We are committed to advancing issues that matter to the manufacturer and consumer communities and lead an advisory council of industry leaders to promote the important emerging national conversations around product authenticity standards, adherence to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), and consumer product safety. We've also played an essential role in expanding product eligibility for important new IRS-eligible categories like sunscreen and breast pumps.
CEO & Founder
Jeremy saw the need for Health-E Commerce after a successful career managing and growing small businesses and seeing the confusion surrounding aspects of healthcare benefits. Jeremy graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and received his MBA from Columbia. He lives in NYC with his wife and two children.
Chief Information Officer
Azar co-founded Datacell, a start-up wireless data-service company, and helping to grow it into the leading wireless data service provider in Azerbaijan before co-founding Health-E Commerce. He holds an MBA from Columbia, an MS in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Public Administration from Qafqaz University. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.

Preston’s finance career spans over 25 years across a wide range of industries with public and private companies of all sizes. He began his career as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions before transitioning to corporate and eventually e-commerce. He holds an MBA from Columbia and both a BA in East Asian Language and Literature and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida. He is married with two children.

Shawna Hausman is an experienced senior Ecommerce & Digital Marketing executive with a demonstrated history of working in both retail startups and large retail organizations across a variety of product types (intimate apparel, home goods, baby products, athletic apparel and gear). Shawna has a passion for tapping into new and emerging technologies in order to improve digital marketing efficiency and enhance the overall brand experience online.
